A to B
Where your hands are at time of altercation , tells you if you are going to hit high or low. If you are not directly facing the person strike A to B from your position then turn and continue to strike when necessary.
Strikes are usually to head or groin but can also be to the assaulting limb Strikes may be singular or double and should change direction as you twist and step.
Try to imagine the situation in virtual time. See it played out in your head then try to physically do what you imagined.
Keep plugging away. It gets easier the more you free your mind
